Julie Foster serves as grants administrator for the Community Service Center (CSC). She is responsible for the financial record keeping for all CSC activities which includes managing grants from state and federal agencies as well as billing and accounting for grants with 30 RARE communities and six to eight CPW projects each year. Julie is responsible for developing, processing, and tracking paperwork on contracts, billings, expenditures, reimbursements, appointments and payroll as well as producing financial reports on a quarterly basis.
