EOHLA staff and board use an equity lens when developing strategies to address regional health priorities, including identifying disparities that relate to regional health issues and developing strategies to achieve equity within those regional health issues.

He will recruit volunteers, identify and develop leaders, organize hikes, and help create a volunteer led hiking group. Alexi will also support outreach and communications with social media content, updating and maintaining the website, and developing a newsletter.
